Papa's Past: Author Talk with Joseph Michael Hart and Bridget Hart-Kenney Monday, November 23, 4 p.m. Papa's Past is the story of a young boy growing in Charlestown during the 1930s and 40s. It started as a way for Bridget Hart-Kenney to capture her father's stories and pass them down from generation to generation, but it soon became more than that. Joseph Michael Hart's adventures, jokes, disappointments, and moments of strength will interest many generations and serve as a ...good lesson for all to tell their own story and, of course, throw in a joke or two. In the virtual program on Zoom, the authors will share with us their journey of memoir writing and self-publishing. Please email Adults Librarian Kathy Kire at [email protected] for your Zoom invitation. For more information, call the branch at 617-242-1248.
