Ho ho HO! Check this out! There’s an elf on the shelf in the Franklin Free Library, and he has left a note! It says, Santa and Mrs. Claus are sad the Holiday Story Hour at the library had to be canceled this year, but they still plan on doing something special for the children of Franklin. Stay tuned!

Reminder: In honor of Veterans' Day, the library will be closed on November 11.

Starting Tuesday, October 27th, the library will be open for browsing. It will no longer be necessary to make an appointment to come in. However, we do recommend calling ahead of time, to be sure the library is at a safe capacity. We will only allow 3 patrons at a time for browsing. We will continue to offer curbside pickup if desired. Please Note! Our new hours as of October 27th. are: Tuesdays; 9am -12pm & 1pm 5pm Wednesday; 3pm-7pm (NEW!) Thursday; 9am-12pm & 1pm- 5pm ...
