The Art Gallery is back! Until January 12, enjoy Gifts From Gleneagles: Instructors' Exhibition. This eclectic and playful exhibit showcases a wide variety of styles and approaches employed by the talented instructors at the pottery studio at Gleneagles Community Centre. A selection of both hand-built and thrown pieces are on display and include the beautiful finishes of salt glaze, raku, electric oxidation, gas reduction, and smoke firing. Both functional and decorative, these pieces will make perfect gifts for those on your holiday list. The display cases will be refreshed with new items on December 1, so check back to see what’s new. The Ian and Rosemary Mottershead Fund, administered by the West Vancouver Foundation, will match all donations up to $100,000 to the Food Security Program for vulnerable seniors.
